These terms govern purchases from Abizon Trading LLC (“Abizon Trading”, “we”) through https://abizontrading.com.
Who we sell to. Sold to businesses and individuals; wholesale pricing requires an approved wholesale account. We may decline or close any account.
Pricing and minimums. Prices, minimum order quantities and quantity breaks are shown to approved buyers and may change without notice until an order is placed. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.
Sales tax. Sales tax is charged where required unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is on file.
Artwork. You confirm you own or are licensed to use all artwork, logos and trademarks you submit, and you are responsible for any claim that it infringes someone else’s rights. We may refuse any artwork.
Proofs. Custom work is produced from the proof you approve. Please check spelling, colors, sizes and placement; approved proofs are final.
Color and quantity variance. Printed colors may vary slightly from screen and between materials. Custom runs may ship with a small over- or under-run.
Marketplace sellers. Some products are sold by independent suppliers, who are responsible for their product’s compliance, labeling and fulfillment.
