Items printed, embroidered or labeled to your specifications are made to order and cannot be returned or cancelled after proof approval. If goods are defective or don’t match the approved proof, report it within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will reprint or refund the affected units.
Stock (unprinted) goods
Unused stock items in original cartons may be returned within 30 days of delivery with a return authorization. A 15% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
