No minimum on custom logo merch: order 1 piece or 100. Blank apparel comes in packs of 12, 24 or 48 (crewneck sweatshirts in packs of 24 or 48). For 50 or more pieces of one design, request a bulk quote.

Yes. On custom merch, each item can be any color and size, and the 12+ price counts every color and size of the same product in your cart. Blank packs are one color per pack, with any mix of sizes S–3XL; hats, totes and aprons are one size.

No. Anyone can order custom merch and blank packs at the prices shown on the site. Wholesale pricing on our other product lines requires an approved wholesale account.

PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI or EPS, up to 20 MB. A vector file, or an image at least 1500 pixels wide, prints and embroiders best. If your file is too small or blurry, we'll ask you for a better one before we make the mockup.

We email you a free mockup within 1 business day of your order. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

Yes. Reply with the changes you want (size, position or colors) and we'll send a new mockup. Until you approve it, you can cancel and we'll refund your order in full, because nothing has been printed. Once you approve the mockup, it's final and your items go into production.

You must own or be licensed to use every logo and artwork you send us, and you're responsible if it infringes someone else's rights. We may refuse any artwork, for example another company's brand.

Each custom product has two prices: 1–11 pieces and 12+ pieces. Open "Bulk pricing" on the product page to see both. The 12+ price applies automatically when your cart has 12 or more of the same product, in any mix of colors and sizes. For 50 or more pieces, get a bulk quote.

Yes. The price on the product page includes your logo in the placement shown there, and the free mockup. Shipping and any sales tax are added at checkout.

We email your mockup within 1 business day. After you approve it, production takes 2–7 business days, plus transit (usually 4–6 business days in the US). The estimate is shown on each product page and in your cart.

Custom logo merch ships at a flat rate per product type (first item, then a lower rate for each additional item), shown at checkout. Shipping is free on orders over $250. Blank packs have their own shipping rules (see below), and bulk and freight orders are quoted. Details: Shipping & Lead Times.

To all 50 US states, with tracking. Freight (LTL) is used for large bag and carton orders; the shipping method is confirmed at checkout or on your quote.

12, 24 or 48 blank, unprinted pieces of one product in one color. For tees, hoodies and crewnecks, you split the pack across any sizes S–3XL; 2XL and 3XL cost a little more, and the price updates as you enter sizes. Hats, totes and aprons are one size.

Blind (no supplier branding), in 2–5 business days, with tracking. Packs of 24 and 48 ship free, and so do 12-packs once your blank packs reach $200. Otherwise a 12-pack ships UPS Ground for the fee shown on the product page before you add it to your cart.

Blank packs are sold unprinted. For your logo, shop custom merch (no minimum) or request a bulk quote for 50 or more pieces.

Email photos to info@abizontrading.com within 7 days of delivery. If an item is misprinted, damaged or defective, or doesn't match the mockup you approved, we'll reprint or refund the affected items. If the box arrives damaged, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt.

Custom items are made for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind; check the size chart on the product page before you order. Unused stock (unprinted) items in their original cartons can be returned within 30 days of delivery with a return authorization; a 15% restocking fee applies, and you pay return shipping unless the item was defective or shipped in error. By credit or debit card at checkout. Your card is processed securely by WooPayments (Stripe); we never see or store your card number.

Sales tax is charged where required and calculated at checkout, unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is on file. If you buy for resale or are exempt, email your certificate to info@abizontrading.com before you order.
