Common questions
What is the minimum order?
Minimums depend on the garment and fabric, and whether sizes and colors can be mixed. They’re confirmed with your quote. For a few pieces with your logo, shop custom merch with no minimum.
Can I use my own labels and tags?
Yes. That’s the point of private label: your woven or printed neck labels, hang tags and polybags. Apparel sold in the US must show fiber content, country of origin, the manufacturer or RN number and care instructions, so include those on your label artwork.
Where are the garments made?
By our manufacturing partner in Bangladesh, one of the world’s largest exporters of cotton knitwear. Country of origin appears on your labels as required.
Are shipping and import duties included?
Your quote states exactly what’s included: freight, import duties, customs fees and delivery to your address. US tariffs change often, so each quote is valid for the period stated on it.
What do I need to send?
A tech pack is ideal. A sample garment, a reference photo or a sketch with measurements also works. Add your logo and label artwork, fabric preferences, quantities per style and size, and your target price.
How does payment work?
You pay for a sample first. Production starts after a deposit, and the balance is due before the goods are released. The exact terms are on your quote.
What if something is wrong with the order?
Goods are inspected against your approved sample before they ship, with photos and video. Report any defect within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work out a replacement or refund for the affected pieces.
